Stan looks after the 6-acres dry-grown vineyard in a sustainable way: no pesticides, no herbicides, no artificial fertilisers on our land! Native graces protect the soil, no tilling or ploughing. Pruning after full moon, feeding with herbal and seaweed teas.

We have six organically-grown grape varieties of various ages, from the 100+ year-old Grenache, Semillon and Muscat of Alexandria, to the younger Saperavi, Mataro (10+ y.o.) and Vermentino grapevines. Growing for low-quantity, high-quality grapes.

Nelly manages the BnB cottage It's Bonza!, and maintaines the  gardens around the property. It's a lifelong learning, observation, and ongoing work to design and plant resilient, water-wise, colourful, low-maintenance gardens that thrive in the Barossa's dry climate.
